Second time booking here. Nice area, had a couple stores near by. Room service was perfect, rooms maintained daily with fresh linen and clean towels. The only thing is the walls are thin so you could hear pretty much everything. Other than that great stay! Will be booking here again!

This is a 2 star hotel/motel where I stayed many years ago, doesn't look like it has changed much. It's basic, functional and cheap to stay especially if you're visiting any of the exhibition centers (a short ride on the metro). Air con worked fine and there was a nice swimming pool out the front. I would certainly stay here again as it's close to the metro station in a reasonable part of LA. Very easy to get to other parts of the city.

Wanted to stay there 2nights what we booked via agoda and paid in advance. When we entered, we found many cockroaches, so we indicated that we did not want to stay there, even though we had already paid for the accommodation. The receptionist was nice, he offered to cancel the reservation and get a full refund (in my opinion, in order not to give negative feedback). When we wanted to claim the amount back, they denied everything. I do not recommend them to anyone, they do not respond to emails, their attitude is unacceptable, they do not pay attention to hygiene.

Garbage hotel with garbage management. Not even a warning for the TV being too loud. Just immediately slamming on the door and calling the police. I would spend the extra money and stay anywhere else even if it's a cardboard box outside on the street. The owner's son was very accommodating and understanding of the service dog, but the owner himself was slamming and point to get the dog saying I'm calling the police I'm calling the police. Spend your money elsewhere.

Everything was very clean. Quiet - didn't notice any street noise, but did have the AC on. Check in/out quick and easy. Nice clean pool! Close to many tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. Easy drive to Burbank airport.

Can't fault it but a little expensive. But it's all relative I guess. Only stayed a night. Nice pool, easy check in, clean. Good parking. Very close to train (metro). 2 stops to Walk of fame. Just 5 minutes. I'd stay again if I could find a good deal. If only staying a night like us it's probably better to go cheaper.

The bedsheets were dirty, probably unwashed, and covered in hair. I’m pretty sure I got bitten by something (a spider or a bed bug). There was no towels. Avoid.

A great, small hotel if all you're looking for is a clean place to sleep at night with all the little essentials (coffee, fridge, wifi etc). It's in a good location with ideal links to public transport. I regularly travel to LA so I think this will be my go to whenever I visit.
